Dear Patients and Families,
We would like to provide a quick update to our office’s continued response to COVID-19. We are still seeing patients; We have made a few changes in some operating procedures based on CDC and local Health Department suggestions, and we want you to be prepared for your next appointment:
1. Most importantly, if you meet the criteria below, please call and reschedule your appointment. Additionally, any family members of the patients who have these symptoms should not come into our office, either:
3. Shortness of Breath
4. Been on a cruise in the last 30 days
5. Been out of the country in the last 30 days
2. When you come for your appointment, we ask you to please wear a mask! Our team will be cognizant of their health, too. They are instructed to remain home if they are sick and/or have a fever. New Patients: we would like to keep your appointments to one helper, if needed, only in attendance. We know with school out this will be difficult, but to the extent possible, please leave family and friends at home. If any family member is sick (with the above symptoms), we do ask that you reschedule.
We are, obsessively cleaning! These things aren’t just to keep us safe; they’re to keep you safe. Not just patients, but you and anyone that lives in your home. Thank you for understanding and to help our community stop the spread of this illness.
We are simply doing what the Health Department and other government agencies have suggested to keep everyone safe. We greatly appreciate you understanding our new procedures. We will keep them in place for as long as we see fit, based on the Health Department and CDC.
